QUESADILLAS

Although cheese is the main ingredient in quesadillas you can add any other ingredients you like. Try grilled chicken, jalapeños, bacon, tomatoes…you get the idea. A link to all videos can be found on the VIDEO MENU.

NACHOS

Just like quesadillas, the ingredients in your nachos are up to you. Besides cheese we added chopped tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro. Layer the chips and cheese throughout so there are no dry chips.

JUICING FOR HEALTH

Juicing is the easiest way to get a full day’s worth of fruit and vegetables. Mixing different colors will give you a variety of nutrients. Here we combined swiss chard, red beet, lemon, ginger, carrots and an apple.
