French Fries

Cooking french fries from fresh potatoes tastes so much better than the frozen ones. You can even leave the skin on. Cutting the potatoes into circular slices is less challenging than the usual shape. Make sure your oil is properly heated before frying. I recommend using safflower or sunflower oil and don't reuse the oil, please.
